Hands down the easiest move in process I’ve ever experienced. Applied and approved same day. On move in day gave our money order and received our keys. That’s it. Simple. Maintenance is extremely nice and very responsive. I’m almost waiting for the other shoe to drop just because I’ve had some bad experiences with some places before but this place is great.

Thanks to the maintenance staff for getting my garage door re-programmed correctly! Now, I can use my code to get in instead of carrying the opener with me. I’ve been living here for about three months, and it’s one of the nicest apartments I’ve called home. For the most part, it’s quiet—I rarely hear my neighbors, aside from occasional footsteps from above or a bit of barking, but nothing disruptive. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled in a timely and professional manner. The package system can be a little frustrating due to delivery driver errors, but the front desk and system always resolve issues quickly. I do think some of the fees—such as for the key system—are on the higher side. That said, the most important things to me are all met: cleanliness, safety, respectful neighbors and staff, minimal noise, and a smoke-free environment. With all those boxes checked, I’m very happy living here.

Well, I don’t know where to start or why could I say again about LAVINA Apartment that no one can’t know only say if you want feel our experience with LAVINA just pull up don’t be afraid or scare about anything. At LAVINA the staff are so attentive, polite, friendly… even thought sometimes and someday I used to fight with them throughout the emails because I try to claim something that can normally be mine but after our fight they clearly explained me why I’m not eligible and I clearly understood and confirm that I was wrong. I got my welcome to LAVINA today and I really appreciate the way they welcomed me. At LAVINA I’m 100% sure no one can’t regret his choice because they go through a lot to make their resident very happy and comfortable also feel their self at home. The only I want to say it’s “only the idiot can’t change” why I’m saying that just because sometimes you can see a lot of negative reviews but how the staff work hard to improve that is amazing that clearly show first they accept and work on it

Really great experience living here! The facilities are very clean and modern, the staff is kind and communicative, the amenities are convenient, and the rent is reasonable for everything you're getting. My only real gripe is the package room -- I didn't always receive a code to receive my packages, and when I did, there was maybe a 50/50 shot of it actually working, so I would regularly have to speak with support or just wait until the package room was up and running again. That's not really a fault of Lavina, though -- more of a systemic issue. All around, I definitely recommend living at Lavina!

Lavina is a large to very large apartment complex. One would say there needs to be enough staff to manage it on an immediate basis. I say that's not feasible. What I expect out of a living area are sanitary conditions, kind staff, amenities I would share with my family, and a modern yet calming atmosphere. Lavina has this. Yes, there are lots of dogs (not a dog owner but I know people love them) and lots of geese so yes there's poop. Is this a Lavina issue? I see plenty of bags, perhaps we should evaluate where the accountability lies. What experience I've had from the staff is very pleasing. I had a microwave issue that took some time to address, but it wasn't for lack of attention...the issue was hard to nail down. Not a Lavina issue, they were prompt, clean and courteous. The amenities I partake in are mostly pool related, but what a clean, comfortable pool area...with grills and TV's and nice furniture. And finally, the atmosphere. STOP your apartment hunting! Let's be real, most apartment staff have the energy of a dial-up modem. NOT HERE. The team at the front office are absolute legends. I'm convinced they're powered by caffeine and a genuine desire to be awesome. Any time I've had a question or a minor issue, they've responded with the speed of a cheetah on an energy drink. They don't just "manage" this place; they take immense pride in it, and it shows. Hands down the best rental experience I've ever had.

Been here for almost 10 months now. We love the location and the layout of the apartments. They do not have lights in the bedrooms and living room, but we are lamp people so it's been a non-issue for us. Maintenance is very responsive, almost everytime coming the next day to take care of any issues. The amenities are nice, especially the pool area and the staff have been amazing.

I've really enjoyed living at Lavina so far! The office staff is amazing—always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. The pool is a major perk, especially on hot days, and the grounds are beautifully maintained, which makes walking around the community so enjoyable. The dark finish on fixtures is beautiful until it begins to come off. Bathroom sink drain began to come off. I didn’t know what the remedy would be, they replaced the drain with attractive non painted drain . Thank you !!

I have lived since October 2024. At the beginning it was a rough start. The staff at Lavina made it so much better. We hit a few bumps in the road but with the amazing team work that Lavina gave made it overall so much better. Definitely a great place to live. Very clean and everyone seems friendly! A couple of Cons I have is with the fees for example the valet trash, and some of the billing fees. If some of the fees could be optional would be great.

I've lived here for 3 weeks now and love living here. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. The maintenance team is very good and take pride in their work. The complex itself is right in the middle of everything you need (shopping, restaurants, etc.), it is very quiet, and they are pet friendly as they advertise. I have lived here for just over 3 weeks. So far, my experience has been good. Any time I have a question or concern, the office staff has been very helpful. I also have 2 little dogs and this has been quite an adjustment for them as they are not accustomed to all the people and other dogs. They are a work in progress. BUT the only "complaint" I have is the dog park and other owner's lack of respect for picking up after them. I ALWAYS pick up after my dogs and if I don't have a bag, I go get one and go back to clean it up. I have even, at times, picked up after other owner's in the dog park. Now, the dog park itself. To me, it is located in the strangest place and backs up to a few apartments and there are no benches for owner's. If I can ask, what is the property on the north side of Ore Rd going to be used for? I have lived here for almost a year and so far it has been an above average experience. Everything in the unit is nice, new, and modern. I love the layouts especially the 1 bedroom everything is spaced out nice and no wasted space. The mailroom is great, sometimes you don’t get a code but you can always request one online. The exercise room is nice and the pool is great in the summer. I have not had any too major of issues present itself and if I have, maintenance is always prompt on coming in to rectify the problem. I won’t be renewing my lease here due to the fact that these units are not soundproofed at all. Even being on a top floor unit I can hear when people leave, come home, and are in their bathrooms. Such a shame because I was planning on living here longer but simply can’t stand the hollowness of the structure and this isn’t anything that can be fixed. Overall good place to live with minor issues :) Update 08JUL: Move out process was very smooth and fast! Lavina was a good place to call home :)

It's decent. Not thrilled or happy about no lighting in living room or the two bedrooms. You have to get lamps or have your own fan/light fixtures installed. Not exactly convenient or smart that the electrician/contractors were able to install the domes and not put the lights in. The light fixtures were installed in bathrooms and kitchen and hallways and dining g area but not in bedrooms or living room. Makes perfect sense!! The apartment is average Parking seems like it's going to be an issue as everyone wants to park in front of building and they are taking up my area. Seems like the property wants to find ways to take your money and make it inconvenient on you as the tenant Just moved in. Will see how this goes.....
